As a Customer Engagement and E-Business Director, defines and steers the e-business and the online customer experience vision to drive customer engagement, loyalty and sales consistent with overall brand mission.   Turns the e-business acceleration roadmap into an integrated and concrete action plan with the implementation of digital touchpoints, digital platforms, clear accountabilities, deliverables by expertise:   E-Commerce & E-Retail   International Advocacy, Social Engagement & Media   Digital Content   Community Management   CRM & Loyalty   Key member of Management Committee

  • Retail experience

  • Key growth drivers/competitive levers
  • Analytics and performance
  • Very driven, cooperative, at the forefront of new retail & community/KOL.
  • Experience in DNVB is a preference.
